Job summary

The Ministry of National Development (MND) is seeking a Human Resource professional to drive talent management strategies that align with our business priorities and future manpower needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the MND Family and partner agencies to attract, develop and retain key talent and groom leaders for critical roles.

You will partner with divisions to identify needs, develop training initiatives, and build a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

Has some relevant HR experience or a strong interest in developing a long-term career in HR.
Enjoys writing, planning and has strong policy acumen.
Able to manage time well and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage stakeholders vis-à-vis business needs.
Has knowledge and experience in using data analytics and visualization tools and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with MND’s priorities and manpower needs.
Partner with line divisions to identify talent needs and attract/retain top talent.
Build a pipeline of successors for leadership roles and renew MND Family Boards.
Review HR policies and use data to assess effectiveness of talent initiatives.
Drive data analytics and digitalisation projects to improve processes and workforce operations.
