Job summary
The Smart Nation Group – Digital Government (SNDG), under the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), leads digital transformation for Singapore’s public sector. The Leadership and Talent Management (LTM) team ensures a strong leadership bench for ICT&SS across agencies, balancing talent acquisition, development, and strategic workforce analytics.
You will contribute to leadership development, talent management, and data-driven workforce decisions to sustain a healthy pipeline
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, particularly in talent management and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Leadership Development: Understand the talent pool’s development needs and accelerate their acquisition of necessary competencies for ICT&SS leadership positions.
- Talent Management: Attract and grow the talent pool via PSLP and other talent programmes, including assessment, selection, onboarding.
- Talent Data Analytics: Oversee talent data analytics to improve the talent database and enable insights for decision-making.
- Talent Engagement & Networking: Organise and refresh initiatives, including the annual talent and leaders meetup for the ICT&SS sector.
