Job summary

InternSG is seeking an enthusiastic HR/Recruitment intern to support the People Team. You will source, screen, and assess candidates across functions, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews across time zones to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will assist with employer branding, market research on talent trends, and talent mapping for core positions, collaborating with regional stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for minimum 3 months (FT or at least 3 days/week PT).

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to source, screen, and assess candidates across functions.
• Manage job postings and candidate applications on boards and social media.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as social media content and events.
• Conduct market research and insights on talent trends and benchmarking.
• Assist in talent mapping and pool construction for core positions.
• Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and HR projects.
