Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive growth, and strengthen recruitment systems. The role focuses on securing new clients, expanding existing accounts, and shaping strategic sales initiatives to support scalable expansion.

You will coach a high-performance team, align cross-functional resources, and track key metrics to optimize outcomes, while enhancing our market presence with strong industry partnerships.

Formación

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry).
• Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights.
