Job summary

Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd, on behalf of a world‑leading semiconductor client, seeks a Market Intelligence & People Strategy Analyst for a 12‑month contract in Woodlands, Singapore. You will conduct talent market research and translate data into insights to support workforce decisions.

You will build a talent-market database, analyze trends, and prepare reports and actionable recommendations for People Organization leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Information Management, Data Analytics or related field.
5–10 years of experience in market intelligence, people strategy, or HR functions.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with internal/database research and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a talent market intelligence database.
Conduct research on talent and market topics using internal and external sources.
Analyze data and translate insights for People Organization leaders.
Collaborate to develop market research reports and workforce programs.
