Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and the delivery of impactful learning and development solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers, manage the full TA lifecycle, deliver a positive candidate experience, and build campus recruitment relationships across SEA/APAC to strengthen talent acquisition capabilities.

You will also coordinate onboarding and design scalable APAC learning programs to support ISO compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Learning & Development roles within multinationals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of full lifecycle talent acquisition process and practices.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing learning programs.
  • High standards in work quality with a result-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Experience in HR systems, such as SuccessFactors, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition (TA) and a trusted advisor to people managers, providing guidance on TA processes, policies, technology, and best practices.
  • Manage the full TA lifecycle from scoping to offer stage, ensuring global TA processes, SLAs, and policies, while meeting KPIs on quality, speed, and cost.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local universities and lead campus recruitment activities.
  • Lead or participate in SEA / APAC TA initiatives to enhance TA effectiveness and address local talent challenges.
  • Coordinate end-to-end new hire pre-onboarding and onboarding, including checks and onboarding readiness; identify opportunities to improve the local onboarding experience.
  • Design, facilitate, and manage scalable APAC employee learning and engagement programs to foster growth and engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end learning and development program delivery, including logistics, enrollment, vendor coordination, records administration, feedback collection and analysis, to ensure training compliance for ISO audits.
  • Support the implementation of other regional/global critical talent initiatives, including leadership and commercial development programs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Talent Management Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving business growth through end-to-end talent acquisition and the delivery of impactful learning and development solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition (TA) and a trusted advisor to people managers, providing guidance on all aspects of TA—including policies, processes, technology, and best practices—aligned with business needs.
  • Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle from scoping to offer stage, ensuring compliance with global TA processes, SLAs, and policies, while meeting KPIs related to quality, speed, and cost.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local universities and lead campus recruitment activities in line with business needs.
  • Lead or participate in SEA / APAC TA initiatives to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the TA process, address local talent attraction challenges, and strengthen TA capabilities.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end new hire pre-onboarding and onboarding process, including required checks, stakeholder handoffs, new hire readiness, and guidance for hiring managers;identifyopportunities to improve the local onboarding experience.
  • Design, facilitate, and manage scalable APAC employee learning and engagement programs and initiatives to foster a growth mindset, strengthen organizational capabilities and employee engagement and experience.
  • Manage end-to-end learning and development program delivery, including training logistics, enrollment management, vendor and payment coordination, learning records administration, feedback collection and analysis, etc. to ensure training compliance to support ISO audit requirements and continuous improvements.
  • Support the implementation of other regional/global critical talent initiatives, including leadership and commercial development programs.
