BD is seeking a Talent Management Intern in Singapore to support leadership development programs across Greater Asia. You will work with HR colleagues and business leaders to coordinate learning initiatives and deliver reports for talent events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the region.
• Assist with regional high-impact initiatives for leadership development.
• Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to support talent initiatives.
• Prepare materials, presentations and reports for talent programs.
• Participate in BD University sessions and leadership tools like LEAP and RISE.
• Support performance management, development planning and talent reviews.
