Job summary

Shopee’s People team plays a crucial organisational role in channeling resources to key functions and supporting employee growth. This internship offers exposure to planning, executing, and optimizing talent recruitment and development programs.

You will collaborate with the Regional Talent team, brainstorm innovative ideas, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders while assisting with ATS, career-site initiatives, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Graduate Development Program system improvements, including ATS, mini career site, and data reporting.
• Support various HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Job Description

• Assist the Regional Talent team in the planning, management, and execution of our talent recruitment and development programs
• Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of talent recruitment and development program-related updates to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including the development and maintenance of a mini career site, applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate data reporting
• Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
• Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
• Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
• Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
• Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months preferred)
