Job summary

Shopee’s People team plays a crucial organisational role in channeling resources to key functions and supporting employee growth. This internship offers exposure to planning, executing, and optimizing talent recruitment and development programs.

You will collaborate with the Regional Talent team, brainstorm innovative ideas, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders while assisting with ATS, career-site initiatives, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Talent team in planning, managing, and executing talent recruitment and development programs.
• Brainstorm and contribute ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs.
• Ensure timely dissemination of program updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with Graduate Development Program system improvements, including ATS, mini career site, and data reporting.
• Support various HR and administrative tasks as needed.
