Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking a versatile HR Associate to join the regional HR team. You will be allocated to a specific HR function and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, learning and development, communications, culture and engagement, talent management, organisational design, and AI transformation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM or psychology, internship experience is a plus, and you should be adaptable, detail-oriented, goal-focused, analytical, and able to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Psychology preferred.
• Prior HR internship experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

As an HR Associate at Shopee, you will be allocated to a specific HR function within the regional HR team. The exact domain you will focus on will be determined 1-2 months prior to your joining, based on the evolving needs of the organisation and your personal preferences.

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and open to being allocated to any HR function, adapting to the organisation's needs. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with senior HR leaders and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive our people's agenda.

Requirement
