Job summary

Shopee is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support sourcing, screening and shortlisting for diverse roles across the region. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant boards and social platforms.

You'll help schedule interviews, manage candidate data in our ATS, and assist with HR projects. This internship is full-time for 3–6 months in Singapore, offering hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organisation.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and organised candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with various HR and administrative tasks and projects
