Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Management Advisor in Singapore to partner with business leaders and HR to drive talent strategy across the organisation.

You will lead succession planning, HiPo management, and performance cycles while analysing data to close capability gaps and enhance development frameworks. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into practical talent solutions and contribute to a collaborative environment with growth

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, psychology or related discipline.
• Experience in talent management, organisational development or HR.
• Proven experience in succession planning and HiPo management.
• Understanding of talent assessment, leadership development and calibration processes.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop and implement talent management strategies.
• Lead succession planning, identify critical roles, assess readiness, and develop pipelines.
• Drive HiPo talent management including identification, development, progression and retention.
• Manage performance management cycle including goal setting and reviews.
• Analyse talent data to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for development.
• Design talent development initiatives such as leadership programs and career paths.
• Provide advisory support on talent reviews and development actions.
• Review and enhance talent management frameworks, policies and processes.
• Monitor programme effectiveness and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.

Talent Management Advisor

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

• Lead succession planning initiatives, including identifying critical roles, assessing talent readiness and developing succession pipelines.

• Drive High-Potential (HiPo) talent management programmes, including talent identification, development planning, career progression and retention initiatives.

• Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration exercises and follow-up development actions.

• Analyse talent and performance data to identify capability gaps, succession risks and opportunities for workforce development.

• Design and implement talent development initiatives, such as leadership development, individual development plans and career pathing.

• Provide advisory support to managers on talent reviews, performance improvement and employee development.

• Review and enhance talent management frameworks, policies and processes to strengthen organisational effectiveness.

• Monitor programme effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in talent management, organisational development or a related HR function.

• Demonstrated experience in succession planning, High-Potential (HiPo) talent management and performance management.

• Strong understanding of talent assessment, leadership development, talent review and performance calibration processes.

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into practical talent management solutions.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively across different functions.
