Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, BA, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, candidates, and authorities.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information and supporting organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
• Administer work passes, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and compliance monitoring.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations, inquiries, grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to support retention and improvements.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide HR business partnering support and advise managers on people-related matters and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR governance, including audit support.
• Drive employee engagement and employer branding to enhance experience and retention.
• Manage HR operations, HRIS, reporting, and process improvement projects.
