Job summary

The Ministry of Digital Development and Information's Smart Nation Group - Digital Government is seeking a capable leader to strengthen leadership pipelines for ICT&SS leadership roles in the public sector.

You will drive leadership development, oversee talent programmes, manage talent analytics, and coordinate engagement across agencies to ensure a healthy pipeline of digital government leaders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in HR, particularly in talent management and leadership development.
• Basic appreciation of digital technologies to enable development of digital competencies for ICT&SS leadership roles.
• Demonstrate business acumen to align talent strategies with organisational and sector goals.
• Ability to perform data-driven recommendations and present insights.
• Good writing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leadership Development: accelerate competencies for ICT&SS leadership positions and facilitate career discussions.
• Oversee Talent Management: attract, assess and onboard candidates into PSLP and other programmes.
• Talent Data Analytics: manage analytics to improve talent databases and insights.
• Talent Engagement & Networking: refresh initiatives and organize annual talent-leaders meetup.
