Job summary

Republic Polytechnic in Singapore invites a proactive Talent Development Programme Coordinator to support the design and delivery of our Talent Development Programme for high achieving students, focusing on student engagement and advisory support to strengthen scholarship, university and post-graduation pathways.

You will coordinate stakeholders, oversee local and overseas opportunities, and build a strong programme community while assisting with content development, budgeting and vendor

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience working with youth in tertiary education sector.
• A passion for working with people, student-centric and empathetic.
• Proactive, resourceful, with good time management and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills for working with students, staff and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular 1-to-1 student check-ins and support goal-setting and action planning.
• Monitor student progress using established tools; flag early alerts and coordinate follow-up with schools and stakeholders.
• Provide advisory support on scholarships, university pathways, internships, careers and further studies, with stakeholders and partners.
• Partner with schools, parents/guardians and alumni/industry to strengthen student support and exposure.
• Oversee local/overseas development opportunities, including selection, briefings, logistics, risk management and evaluation.
• Plan and lead community-building activities and guide staff and student leaders for consistent engagement.
