Job summary

Careerally Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic L&D Executive to accelerate talent growth within Technology Functions. You will bridge tech capability gaps, manage external vendors, and partner with senior leaders to drive impactful learning initiatives.

Responsibilities include full-cycle LNA, learning operations, and strategic C-suite collaboration to align tech training with business needs. 3–5 years of relevant L&D experience in corporate or tech settings is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of dedicated L&D experience, in corporate or tech environments.
• Strong background in full competency gap analyses and materializing training solutions.
• Experience in curriculum curation, vendor management, and program valuation.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and partner effectively with C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle LNA: Drive the full training lifecycle from capability gap analysis and roadmap design to final execution and program roll-out.
• Learning Ops: Manage end-to-end learning programs, including program valuation, external vendor selection, and content curation.
• C-Suite Partnering: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align tech training needs, build strategic roll-out plans, and drive internal adoption.
