Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore invites a Talent Development (TD) Internship to support its learning and development initiatives. You will assist in cultivating a culture of continuous learning, support leadership development programs, and collaborate with a global team to enhance onboarding and professional growth.

You will gain mentorship from HR leaders, participate in meaningful projects, and help promote inclusive learning solutions in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and in good academic standing.
• 40 hours per week commitment during the internship.
• Available for 16-24 week credit-bearing internship commencing January 2027.
• Interest in Talent Development with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong organizational, time-management, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in teams and work independently on projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on global-impact projects.
• Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to HR leadership.
• Engage with the intern cohort through development and networking activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve leadership development and onboarding programs.
• Support research and design of new learning programs, including external partnerships.
• Create marketing and communication materials for leadership initiatives.
• Analyze learning data and support impact reporting and presentations.
• Collaborate with global Talent Development teams and DEIB to enable scalable, inclusive learning solutions.
