Job summary

BD is seeking a Talent Management Intern – GA to help coordinate learning and development programs across Greater Asia. You will contribute to regional strategic initiatives, support talent readiness, and partner with HR and business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.

You will engage with BD University sessions and leverage tools like LEAP, RISE, and Powerskills, gaining exposure to leadership development and enterprise-level thinking in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; MBA encouraged.
• Curious, visionary mindset with a passion for helping people reach their fullest potential.
• Creative with strong communication skills and interest in instructional design, project management, and digital learning.
• Frequent user of AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance learning and leadership development.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the region.
• Assist with regional high-impact initiatives that drive leadership development, talent readiness, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to support talent initiatives.
• Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for talent programs and events.
• Participate in BD University sessions and leverage leadership development tools like LEAP, RISE, and Powerskills.
• Support performance management, development planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys with ASC.
