Job summary

RMA Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Singapore to manage end-to-end recruitment, develop client relationships, and provide tailored staffing solutions.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while staying aligned with hiring managers. Experience in agency recruitment, especially financial services, and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in HR or related field.
• 1-3 years recruitment experience.
• Agency recruitment experience, especially in financial services, is preferred.
• CEI Certification is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting the growth of existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
