Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of clients in Singapore. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, and partner with hiring managers to craft tailored recruitment strategies that meet business goals.

Formación

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Ability to source and screen top talent.
• Comfort with creating and executing recruitment strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement
• Involved in 360 full cycle recruitment
• Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies
• Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients
• Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives
