Job summary

SPTel Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage and hire high-quality talent across technology and business functions in Singapore. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers and manage ATS-driven processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

You will develop early-career pipelines, strengthen employer branding and deliver hiring analytics while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical, sales, corporate and leadership roles.
• Experience in employer branding and campus recruitment.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Greenhouse or Lever.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across portals, networks, social media and direct search.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments to identify talent.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare offer recommendations and support salary benchmarking and negotiations.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
• Administer and optimize the ATS to ensure effective workflow management.
• Maintain data integrity, candidate records and recruitment analytics within the ATS.
• Generate dashboards and reports on key hiring metrics including time-to-fill and costs.
• Drive ATS enhancements and identify automation opportunities.
• Train hiring managers and stakeholders on ATS usage and best practices.
