Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist (Recruitment) to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. The role is based in Tuas with standard Monday–Friday hours and a focus on building a robust candidate pipeline.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field, have hands-on recruitment experience, and are adept with Singapore employment laws. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/BA or related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment activities.
• Maintain a good candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Perform other ad hoc HR duties assigned.
