Black Sesame Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across technical and corporate functions in Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or related roles.
• Experience recruiting within technology, AI, semiconductor, automotive technology, software, or other deep-tech industries is preferred.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
• Facilitate offer management and support hiring decisions through effective candidate evaluation.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Strengthen the employer brand across digital platforms and professional networks.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university engagement activities.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and talent communities.
• Support employee referral programmes and talent attraction campaigns.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and work pass applications where required.
• Support pre-boarding and new hire integration.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate pipelines, and hiring data.
• Track key recruitment metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and company events.
• Assist with HR programmes and initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
• Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to employer branding, talent development, and process improvement.
• Participate in HR-related projects and other assignments as required.
