Job summary

ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is hiring a Recruitment Executive (Talent Sourcing) in Woodlands, Singapore. You will manage job orders, post ads, source candidates and coordinate interviews with clients. The role requires strong communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.

You will collaborate with Business Development and Operations, maintain CRM records and drive successful placements. Diploma or above is preferred, with CEI certification and EA experience as advantages.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment job orders and understand client requirements.
• Post and manage job advertisements across platforms.
• Source candidates via portals, databases and channels.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening.
• Screen candidates via phone/WhatsApp/online interview.
• Interview and assess candidates for suitability.
• Prepare profiles and shortlist for clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipeline.
• Update progress in CRM/tracking system.
• Collaborate with BD and Operations for timely delivery.
• Assist recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Recruitment Executive (Talent Sourcing)

Basic Salary: S$1,500-S$1,800/month + Performance Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Woodlands, Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Manage assigned recruitment Job Orders and understand clients’ hiring requirements
• Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases and other recruitment channels
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct candidate screening via phone, WhatsApp or online interview
• Interview and assess candidates for suitability
• Prepare candidate profiles and recommend shortlisted candidates to clients
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline
• Update recruitment progress and status in the company CRM / tracking system
• Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery
• Support recruitment-related administrative and coordination duties when required

Requirements

• Diploma or above preferred
• Recruitment / Employment Agency / HR experience will be an advantage
• CEI (Basic) certification preferred
• Candidates with previous Employment Agency experience or existing EA personnel registration will have an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and conducting interviews
• Able to assess resumes and identify suitable candidates
• Good follow-up skills and sense of urgency
• Organised and able to handle multiple Job Orders simultaneously
• Familiar with Microsoft Office / Excel
• CRM or recruitment platform experience is an advantage
• Responsible, proactive and results-oriented

Performance Incentives

Performance incentives will be based mainly on successful placements and recruitment delivery results.

The role offers the opportunity to increase monthly earnings through successful candidate placements.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be trained to independently manage the recruitment delivery process:

Job Order → Job Advertisement → Candidate Sourcing → Resume Screening → Candidate Interview → Shortlist → Client Recommendation → Placement
