You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, and help optimise channels and processes to drive hiring outcomes. This role offers exposure to market insights and talent solutions for a globally connected company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business, or psychology.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills; able to work with stakeholders while ensuring compliance.
• Ownership, execution, and a results‑oriented mindset; proactive and capable of delivering outcomes.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including channels and sourcing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on talent solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to interview coordination and offers.
• Optimise recruitment channels and internal resources to build pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.
• Track recruitment outcomes, identify gaps, and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimisation.
