Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling forms, spreadsheets and documentation.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage time-sensitive processes in a fast-paced setting.
• Administrative and data skills with comfortable use of spreadsheets and structured processes.
• Ability to collaborate with recruiters and cross-functional teams for compliant processes.
• Adaptability for candidates from office administration or similar operational backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews for high-volume schedules, including calendar invites and meeting room bookings; manage virtual meeting setups.
• Communicate interview details, briefing materials, and updates to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain real-time candidate records in the ATS and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline coordination workflows and improve recruitment efficiency.
