Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate candidate information across internal systems, ensuring data is complete and up to date.
• Support a high volume of candidate processes daily in collaboration with recruiters.
• Prepare and present accurate candidate information to clients with clear details.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities across multiple candidates, stakeholders and time zones.
• Manage calendars and scheduling changes, resolving conflicts and sharing correct meeting details.
• Track candidate progress and follow up on actions, deadlines and feedback.
• Consolidate information from emails, messaging platforms and internal systems.
• Conduct administrative recruitment tasks as required.
• Support the team with ad hoc operational tasks.
• Identify gaps or issues in the process and resolve them proactively.
