Job summary

Schroder Investment Management (Singapore) Ltd. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Operations professional to provide a comprehensive candidate concierge service and support the TA Specialists and Partners across the end-to-end recruitment process.

The role focuses on accurate job data, managing applications, interview scheduling, and offering support to the Early Careers team while handling supplier management and data insights for TA planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience within HR/ Recruitment industry.
• Mandarin fluency required with reading and writing proficiency to communicate with candidates and stakeholders in the region.
• Experience using recruitment systems and tools such as Taleo or Oracle Recruitment Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own the Talent Acquisition process alongside TA Specialists and Partners to ensure accurate job details and approvals.
• Advertise roles, manage applications and queries, and support requisition management.
• Schedule interviews, manage room bookings and interview documentation.
• Assist with offer letters and approvals, supporting the Early Careers team as needed.
• Support supplier management, payroll, renewals, and purchase orders.
• Maintain recruitment system data, conduct system and supplier audits, and provide data insights.
