Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.

• Able to interact effectively with staff of different levels.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with Workday would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle job postings and screening of applications.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for local and overseas hirers to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Provide timely operations support for local and overseas recruitment activities.
• Review recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in career and internship fairs to promote careers in Land Transport.
