Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Optimization Specialist, East Asia, to join the Schneider Early Career Program. You will support design, optimization, and execution of regional TA initiatives, partnering with Zone CoE to improve recruiting processes and data-driven decision making.

The role requires 3–5 years in TA or HR operations, strong analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across markets. Hybrid work model offered across East Asia with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, HR project management, or HR transformation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and summarize insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• TA Process Excellence & Program Management: support continuous improvement of regional TA processes and governance; maintain documentation, playbooks, templates, and knowledge materials.
• Recruiting Operations: drive governance around requisition management, offer processes, interview coordination, candidate experience, and hiring compliance.
• Data, Reporting, and Insights: prepare TA dashboards for East Asia; translate data into insights; support regional leadership updates.
• TA Technology and Tools Support: drive adoption of iCIMS and recruitment tools; support testing, training, and rollout.
