Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist for an 8-month contractor role in Singapore. You will provide a comprehensive candidate concierge service, collaborate with TA Specialists & Partners, and handle end-to-end recruitment processes across channels and systems.

The role requires Mandarin fluency and solid HR/recruitment experience. You will manage candidate communications, interview logistics, offers, and supplier relationships, while analyzing TA data and costs to

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience within HR/ Recruitment industry.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required, including reading and writing to communicate with candidates and stakeholders across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive candidate concierge service to support TA Specialists & Partners through end-to-end recruitment.
• Advertise roles, manage applications and inquiries, and assist with requisition management.
• Schedule interviews, manage room bookings, and prepare candidate/interview documentation.
• Assist with offer letters and approvals, supporting Early Careers where required.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS and manage supplier relationships and PSLs.
• Generate hiring reports and data insights for TA planning and decision making.
• Support TA cost reporting and act as SME for recruitment systems and training materials.
