Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and develop compelling job descriptions.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess fit. You’ll coordinate interview schedules, manage pipelines in the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing.
• Proven track record in recruiting technical and engineering talent, including blue-collar roles.
• Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
