Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced recruiter for a 3-month contract at Senoko Loop. The role focuses on partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and carrying out screening and interviews to select top talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductors/electronics/manufacturing.
• Proven track record recruiting technical and engineering talent, including blue-collar roles.
• Strong full recruitment lifecycle knowledge: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers & onboarding.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.

• Proven track record in recruiting technical and engineering talent, with experience hiring blue-collar and operational workforce as well as support function roles.

• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
