Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring for semiconductor manufacturing roles, from technicians to engineers.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans during ramp-ups, lead proactive sourcing via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies, and ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process while maintaining high candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.
• At least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team.
• Preferably from semicon, manufacturing or blue-collar environments.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor manufacturing positions, including technicians, engineers, and support functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, hiring priorities, and workforce requirements during ramp-up phases.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, career fairs, and direct outreach.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently to ensure timely hiring turnaround.
• Drive high-volume recruitment activities while maintaining strong candidate experience and quality of hire.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, walk-in interviews, and campus engagement activities.
• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring reports, and pipeline tracking.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and local employment regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence within the semiconductor talent space.

Location:Woodlands (daily shuttle from Admiralty MRT)

Salary:Up to $5500 + prorated completion bonus + benefits

Duration:6 months convertible

Working Hours:Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm (no OT!)
