Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is seeking a capable Talent Acquisition Leader to drive the university's recruitment strategy and workforce planning. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for academic and professional staff, partner with HRBP and hiring managers, and build a high-performance TA team.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to shape employer branding and recruitment effectiveness in a knowledge-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM/Business or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder partnerships.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the University's TA strategy and workforce planning.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for academic and professional staff positions.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment approaches and market conditions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive improvements in quality of hire and time-to-fill.
• Coach and develop Talent Acquisition team; establish best practices across the function.
