Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the university's TA function and drive strategic recruitment initiatives for academic and professional staff.

You will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, strengthen pipelines, enhance employer branding, and support workforce planning in a transformative, knowledge‑driven environment.

Formación

• > Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
• < 6 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in complex environments.
• < Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder partnerships.
• < Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies and talent market dynamics.
• < Demonstrated ability to lead projects, drive improvements and coach recruitment teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for academic and professional staff hiring.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches and talent market conditions.
• Ensure effective and timely delivery of recruitment services across the University.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive improvements in quality of hire, time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Supervise, coach and develop Talent Acquisition team members.
• Establish best practices, standards and service excellence across the recruitment function.
