Job summary

SPH Media Limited is seeking a HR Talent Acquisition Senior Executive/Executive on a 1-year contract to drive end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to source, screen, interview, extend offers and onboard new hires.

The role requires strong coordination, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/HRIS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with accurate recruitment records and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ATS/HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and HR system updates.
• Prepare offers and conduct reference checks as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
