Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Associate to support Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding processes. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and work with hiring managers to fulfill vacancies promptly.

You will also coordinate onboarding with HR Shared Services, manage offboarding for departures, and help drive HR operational improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 1–2 years HR experience in large organisations/healthcare/pharma settings advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment to meet manpower needs for openings, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines, monitor progress and address challenges.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with HR Shared Services and ensure records are up-to-date.
