Job summary

SHOPEE SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a student intern to support SPX Locker and Growth projects. You will handle equipment tracking, inventory coordination, and billing-related tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in SQL is a plus, and you will gain exposure to end-to-end supplier management and analytics. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce operations environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support on SPX Locker project with equipment and delivery tracking.
• Monitor locker inventory and assist with arranging electrical works for locker deployment.
• Support on SPX Growth project with customer account creation and billing generation.
• Extract, reconcile and report the billing data of SPX service using SQL monthly.
• Assist on SPX and SGWH automation projects.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

The SPX procurement and agency management team covers the end to end supplier management process. The scope includes but is not limited to agency management and cost analysis, warehouse expansion projects, large-scale tenders, billing and payment generation/collection, monitoring and analysing operation KPIs.
