Shopee Singapore is seeking a motivated intern to support the Talent Acquisition team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, while learning how we define job descriptions and partner with hiring teams.

You will post openings, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate data in our ATS, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company and a dynamic HR environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Talent Acquisition in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Post job openings on relevant boards and social media; manage candidate applications.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process; maintain ATS data.
