OCBC invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within the banking and financial services sector. You will work alongside experienced recruiters and HR professionals to develop skills in talent sourcing, stakeholder management, recruitment operations, and data-driven decision-making.

This internship offers exposure to resume screening, interview coordination, marketplace mapping, and employer branding initiatives, with opportunities

Qualificações

• Open to learning and eager to take initiative.
• Curious, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities at pace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with data and MS Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate degree.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including resume screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and offer administration.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers to streamline processes.
• Conduct talent sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives, events, and employer branding activities.
• Assist in recruitment reporting, market mapping, and talent insights to inform strategy.
• Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc HR/recruitment projects.
