OCBC Bank in Singapore is offering a Talent Acquisition Experience Internship. You will be part of a dynamic team that drives attraction, engagement, and hiring of emerging talent across the bank.

You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, programme management, and candidate engagement, while contributing to internship and graduate hiring initiatives. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Open to learning and feedback.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment processes or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Internship Programme Management across internship and emerging talent programmes.
• Assist in preparation of recruitment materials, job postings, candidate communications, and hiring documentation.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including databases, portals, campus networks, and social media.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate profiles to support shortlisting.
• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate assessment activities.
