You will work with recruiters and sourcing specialists to learn hiring practices, develop pipelines, and contribute to various talent acquisition projects.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: translate hiring needs into targeted plans.
- Candidate Identification: attract active and passive candidates through channels.
- Talent Engagement: craft outreach messages and communicate OCBC's EVP.
- Market Intelligence: research talent trends and competitor hiring.
- Pipeline Building: maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Ad-hoc Projects: support initiatives and process improvements.
