Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore invites undergraduates and postgraduates for a 2027 internship in Group Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Experience and Campus Recruitment. You will assist with end-to-end recruiting processes, coordinate events, and engage with candidates across campus and online.

You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, learn recruitment tools, and contribute to internship and graduate hiring initiatives to build OCBC's future workforce.

Responsibilities

• Internship Programme Management: support internship and emerging talent programmes.
• Recruitment Operations: assist in posting jobs, candidate communications, and hiring docs.
• Candidate Sourcing: engage candidates via campuses, portals, and social media.
• Resume Screening: review applications and shortlist candidates.
• Interview Coordination: schedule interviews and participate in assessments.
• Candidate Experience Management: ensure positive candidate journey and engagement.
