Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Experience Intern in Singapore to support end-to-end recruitment for internship and graduate hiring initiatives. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth journey from application to onboarding.

The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment platforms, event management, and employer branding within a leading financial institution. A student with strong organisation and communication skills is invited to apply.

Responsibilities

• Internship Programme Management: support the planning, coordination, and execution of internship and emerging talent programmes.
• Recruitment Operations: assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, job postings, candidate communications, and hiring documentation.
• Candidate Sourcing: identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Resume Screening: review applications and assess candidate profiles against role requirements.
• Interview Coordination & Assessment: support interview scheduling and participate in candidate assessment activities.
• Candidate Experience Management: serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Campus & Recruitment Events: assist in organisation and execution of internship engagement activities and career fairs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.

What you do

• Internship Programme Management: support the planning, coordination, and execution of key internship and emerging talent programmes across the bank
• Recruitment Operations: assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, job postings, candidate communications, and hiring documentation
• Candidate Sourcing: identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including databases, job portals, campus networks, and social media platforms
• Resume Screening: review applications and assess candidate profiles against role requirements to support the shortlisting process
• Interview Coordination & Assessment: support interview scheduling and participate in candidate assessment activities using established recruitment tools and methodologies
• Candidate Experience Management: serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Campus & Recruitment Events: assist in the organisation and execution of internship engagement activities, recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to support hiring and programme objectives
• Talent Acquisition Projects: contribute to process improvement, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and other strategic talent acquisition initiatives
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on additional projects and activities as assigned
