Skyworks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Singapore. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding initiatives, campus engagement programs, and TA operations.

You will support interview coordination, ATS data integrity, job postings, and reporting while gaining experience with campus events and recruitment projects. This internship emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Business/Communications/Psychology/Marketing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfortable working with data and administrative processes.

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding initiatives, campus engagement programs, and talent acquisition operations.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

• Assist recruiters in coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and managing candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support job posting activities across internal and external recruitment platforms.
• Conduct resume screening and candidate sourcing for entry-level and internship hiring.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics as required.
• Ensure recruitment documentation and records are maintained with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Campus Branding & University Engagement

• Support planning and execution of campus recruitment programs, career fairs, and university partnerships.
• Assist in creating content for employer branding initiatives, including social media posts, employee stories, and recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate logistics for university events, networking sessions, and student engagement activities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor campus initiatives and recruitment trends.
• Help strengthen the company’s presence and reputation among students and fresh graduates.

Talent Acquisition Operations

• Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation processes.
• Assist with offer generation and recruitment administration activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance candidate experience.
• Support various TA projects involving process improvement, automation, reporting, and data management.

Data Integrity & Process Excellence

• Ensure recruitment data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Perform regular audits of candidate information and recruitment records.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when handling candidate documentation and reporting.
• Support compliance with company policies and recruitment governance standards.

Required Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfortable working with data and administrative processes

Desired Experience and Skills
