Job summary

Skyworks Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a junior Talent Acquisition professional to source and engage candidates, coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers, and help onboard new hires.

You will also manage social media channels to attract talent and contribute to meeting monthly recruitment targets. Training is provided for those new to recruitment, and a proactive, adaptable mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Diploma in any discipline.
• CEI certification is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience; fresh graduates welcome as training will be provided.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and adaptable.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Establish connections with candidates and introduce relevant career opportunities.
• Invite candidates to company career webinars, seminars, and events.
• Conduct first-level screening interviews.
• Arrange interviews between suitable candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).
• Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment reports and work schedules.
• Work towards monthly recruitment targets set by the Manager.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
