Kemin Industries in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to own Talent Acquisition on a 12-month contract, with potential conversion to permanent headcount based on performance. You will support HR Operations, payroll, Learning & Development and employee engagement initiatives.

The role suits someone who collaborates with hiring managers, assesses candidates, and drives recruitment projects from start to finish, across APAC. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on HR experience with end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Experience independently managing recruitment from sourcing to offers.
• Engage hiring managers and challenge decisions with sound reasoning.
• Practical experience in HR Operations and payroll verification.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven actions.
• Ability to present to management and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Acquisition: end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Engage hiring managers to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability.
• Develop sourcing approaches and manage recruitment agencies.
• Provide assessments and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Evaluate salary proposals against pay structures and market data.
• Extend offers and negotiate within approved parameters.
• Address recruitment bottlenecks and progress vacancies.
• HR Operations & Payroll: onboarding, moves, renewals and exits.
• Payroll verification and reconciliation of salary adjustments.
• Learning & Development: coordinate APAC programs.
• Maintain training records and monitor completion.
• Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives: support surveys and actions.
• HR Reporting & Analysis: analyze data and present findings to management.
