Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for software engineers, QA/test engineers, DevOps and PMs in the SEA region.

You will source, screen and deliver qualified candidates on time, partnering with BU heads to understand headcount needs and team structures. You will manage pipelines in the ATS, coordinate offers and onboarding, and contribute to employer branding across SEA markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in IT or technology staffing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing across LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and social platforms.
• Experience hiring for Software Engineering, QA/Testing or Project Management roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple open roles concurrently.
• Experience recruiting across SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia).
• Familiarity with nearshore or offshore delivery models.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles across Traditional and Non Traditional divisions
• Support employer branding initiatives across SEA markets
• Provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders
