Job summary

Beyondsoft Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles in Singapore. You will source, screen and deliver qualified candidates for Software Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps, and Technical Project Managers.

Collaborate with BU Heads to understand headcount needs, maintain pipelines, and coordinate offers and onboarding. You will build talent pools and support employer branding across SEA markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in IT or technology staffing.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and social platforms.
• Experience hiring Software Engineers, QA/Testing or Project Managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

• Manage end to end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps and Technical Project Managers
• Support our clients' recruitment projects by sourcing, screening and delivering qualified candidates on time
• Partner with BU Heads and division leads to understand headcount needs and team structures
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and talent databases
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Coordinate offer negotiations, onboarding and pre employment requirements
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles across Traditional and Non Traditional divisions
• Support employer branding initiatives across SEA markets
• Provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology staffing
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and social platforms
• Experience hiring for roles in Software Engineering, QA/Testing or Project Management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple open roles at the same time
• Experience recruiting across SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
• Familiarity with nearshore or offshore delivery models
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
